Skinny Watermelon Margaritas

These Skinny Watermelon Margaritas are so refreshing with a shot of Midori Melon Liqueur in the bottom!  Fresh watermelon and lime juice are blended with tequila and Agave Nectar for this thirst-quenching skinny cocktail.  You can also omit the Midori and still have a delicious Watermelon Margarita with less of a kick.

  • 1.Add Midori to a blender with 1/2 C. of Ice; blend until smooth.
  • 2.Divide mixture between 2 cocktail glasses.
  • 3.Add watermelon, tequila, Agave Nectar, lime juice and ice to blender bowl; blend until smooth.
  • 4.Slowly pour watermelon mixture over the top of the Midori.
  • 5.Garnish with a fresh watermelon slice.
