Juicing Recipe – Irritable Bowel

Common symptoms of irritable bowel are bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea and/or constipation. To eliminate or reduce symptoms try changing to a high fiber diet, less stress and allergy elimination. Many foods and herbs can be used to soothe the intestine, reduce inflammation, aid digestion, calm the nerves promote healing.

Incorporating juicing when you have IBS soothes the intestines and helps your system to function at its best.

How To Juice

  • 1.Juicers often have program settings based on the produce density. If not, it’s still best to run the softest produce through the motor first, working your way up to the hardest. After switching on the motor, start by juicing the softest fruits and vegetables (like citrus and cucumbers), then turn up the speed (if the machine has this function) and work your way through to the hardest fruits and vegetables (like beets and carrots).
