Instructions
- 1.In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, add rinsed brown rice, water, minced garlic, and vegan bouillon cube.
- 2.Bring the rice mixture to a boil. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to let it simmer for about 50 to 55 minutes.
- 3.Once the water is evaporated, and rice is tender, add vegan butter, and fluff with a fork. Serve!
