  • 1.Wash the carrots and peel them. Remove the crown and dice in slices.
  • 2.In a saucepan, add water and place it on medium heat.
  • 3.Once the water starts boiling, add carrots and boil for about 5 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  • 4.Once the carrots are done, drain them and pass them through cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • 5.Place the carrots back in the saucepan, and place the saucepan on the stove.
  • 6.Add vegan butter, organic cane sugar, maple syrup, grated ginger, salt, and cinnamon.
  • 7.Stir well so that the ingredients coat the carrots.
