  • 2.Wash millet using a fine mesh strain. Drain millet, and dry excess liquid with a clean towel or paper towel.
  • 3.Heat saucepan over medium-high heat, add millet, and cook stirring until millet starts popping.
  • 4.Cook until edges are golden brown but be careful they don't burn.
  • 5.Add vegetable broth, then bring to a boil. Cover saucepan, and reduce heat to simmer for about 20 minutes, or until millet is fluffy.
